Very professional, efficienct, and easy to communicate with from sales appointment all the way to installation. The installation went well and the installer was basically a machine at work. He knew exactly what he was doing down to the centimeter. There was a giant hole the previous owners of this home left under the existing shower pan, which he properly remedied and filled in appropriately with concrete as it shouldve always been done. Everything was measured correctly and it looks great. He also moved our plumbing over to be centered how we wanted it. The only thing I wouldve like done differently was to turn the water off before reaching the shower valve plumbing during the demo process, as the shower valve popped off and sprayed water all over the bathroom, including our dryer and washer. Fortunately I recognized the noise of water running and ran outside to turn the main water off. It was an easy clean up, just an unintended complication. Now we just have to wait for our glass install so we can start enjoying our new shower. My husband and I are looking forward to it. Ill be adding pictures with the glass when it is finished.
